What if I have an old roof?

What if I have a new roof?

Most of the time, if your roof brand is a national, recognized brand like Owens Corning or GAF or any similar brand, then solar will not void the roof warranty. But please make sure your installer is certified and insured and reputable. A good solar company will also provide you with at least a 10 year roof penetration warranty.
What do I do when there is snow on the solar panels?
